All our properties include an off-leash dog park, providing you and your fur baby a chance to play and develop a friendship with others in your building just steps from your home. We believe pet owners get a bad rap with other property management companies
Our owners grew up training German Shepherds, went to dog shows and have always had a love for dogs. We have owned a variety of different breeds currently including a French Bulldog and a Shitzu Poodle! We have come to know pet owners as very understanding, gracious to their neighbours and always keep the building a safe and friendly place for their pets.
We have built over 100 different apartments throughout Southeast Manitoba.
From Landmark to Blumenort and Ste. Anne with more to come. All come with features such as separate entrances. All appliances and in-suite laundry are also standard through our units.
All our dog parks come with space to run, as well as agility obstacles including jumps and ramps.
